Chairwoman Theresa Bachmann, Michael Cheselka, Julie Kyllo, and Stephen Kenney were present. Also in attendance, and representing town staff, were Department of Planning & Zoning Deputy Director, Kelly O’Brien, Senior Planner, Dorothy Baker, and Clerk to the Board, Jennifer Murphy. 23-3907 Discuss exterior alterations to an existing dwelling located at 125 Pleasant St. NW. Charles and Laura Anderson, owners of 125 Pleasant Street NW presented design renderings for exterior improvements that include a one-story addition, detached garage, landscaping, and fencing. Materials include enviro shade shingles and a primed hardy board in green and grey. Discussion included material selections, onsite drainage, and vertical trellis options that may offer more privacy from Church Street NW. The applicants will check back with their architect on material options and intend to submit for the August agenda.
