Finance / Personnel Committee Meeting City Hall, Viroqua, Wisconsin Tuesday, July 14, 2026 6:00 P.M. The meeting of the Finance / Personnel Committee was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Todd Spaeth at City Hall and via Zoom. 1. Roll Call Committee members present were Cyndy Hubbard, Todd Spaeth, John Thompson, and Tanja Birke. Todd Kirking was excused. Also present were Lori Polhamus, Sarah Grainger, Rick Niedfeldt, Kale Proksch, Carson Tracy and Cheryl Purvis. 2. First period for public comment – None 3. Approval of committee minutes from 06/30/2026 – Motion by Tanja Birke/second by John Thompson to approve the committee minutes from 06/30/2026. Voice vote all in favor. Motion carried. 4. Payment of bills – Motion by John Thompson/second by Tanja Birke to recommend approval of bills in the amount of $476,866.57 and additional bills of $234,406.67. Roll call vote all in favor. Motion carried. 5. Administrative updates – Polhamus stated we are finishing up the audit, working on fire station closeout, FEMA reporting, election setup and absentee voting – early voting starts 7/28. Grainger stated the Hanson Farm plat is being resolved. Hubbard updated the committee on the road names selected of Clover Drive, Alfalfa Way, Lilac Lane and Violet Lane. 6. Second period for public comment – None 7. Adjournment – Motion by Tanja Birke/second by John Thompson to adjourn the meeting at 6:11 p.m. Voice vote all in favor. Motion carried.
