Mayor Rumbold called the regular meeting of the Village of Walden Board of Trustees to order at
2:00pm.
On roll call the following were:
Present: Mayor Sue Rumbold
Trustees Lynn E. Thompson
John Ramos
Brian Sebring
Absent: Dan Svarczkopf
Faith Moore
Larry Kraus
Also Present: John Revella, Village Manager
Marisa Kraus, Village Clerk
Action Items
Payment of Audited Bills
Trustee Ramos made a motion to pay Audited Bills. Seconded by Trustee Thompson. All ayes.
Motion carried.
Motion to Adjourn
Trustee Ramos made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Trustee Sebring. All ayes.
