WALDWICK ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT FORMAL SESSION March 27, 2024 The Formal Session of the Waldwick Zoning Board of Adjustment was held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at 8:00 p.m. and was called to order by Board Attorney, Cliff Singer, who made the announcement of adequate notice of all meetings. ROLL CALL: Mr. Mones absent Mr. Nieman present Mr. Walsh absent Ms. Luppino present Mr. Wekarski present Mr. Gurian present Ms. Centineo present Mr. Sanzo present Mr. Cericola absent Also Present: Cliff Singer, Esq., Board Attorney Joyce Sinclair, Board Secretary GREETINGS TO THE PUBLIC: No one appeared. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: A motion was made by Mr. Gurian and seconded by Mr.Wekarski for the approval of the Minutes of February 24, 2024. A unanimous vote was taken. The Minutes were approved as submitted. Covered Front Porch & Rear Deck RESOLUITON MARROQUIN 12 Hemlock Street 24-D Block 134.03, Lot 13 Ed Sherman, Architect Addition RESOLUTION Motion for approval of the above Resolutions was made by Mr. Gurian and seconded by Mr. Sanzo. A unanimous vote was taken. The Resolutions were approved.
