The subject properties are located at 695, 703, 731, 761, Maynard Ave. SW (PPNs 41-13-33-101-016, -017, - 032, and -029) and 3101 and 3229 Butterworth Dr. SW (PPNs 41-13-33-301-008 and -32-426-008). Hearing requested by Steven Cordes. Postcards were sent to neighboring property owners within 500’ of the site identifying this February 18, 2020 meeting. The case will be reviewed as a public hearing. 5. 4480 Burton St. SW – Shoemaker and Sons Hauling Engineer Brandon Simon of Nederveld Inc. on behalf of applicant/owner RM Family Properties LLC / Shoemaker and Sons Hauling is seeking renewal of their Mineral Mining License for the calendar year 2020 and to review the conditions imposed by the board from their February 19, 2019, hearing. The main mining operation occurs at 4480 Burton St. SW (PPN 41-17-07-100-053). Additional impacted properties include 2313 and 2327 Wilson Ave. SW (PPN 41-17-07-100-041/026). Hearing requested by Shoemaker and Sons Hauling. Postcards were sent to neighboring property owners within 500’ of the site identifying this February 18, 2020 meeting.
