Staff Members: Rachel Nagorsen and Scott Conners. Discussion Items a) Proposed FEMA Floodplain Ordinance Changes Rachel Nagorsen reviewed proposed Floodplain Ordinance changes with the committee. She stated that most changes are required by FEMA to qualify for national flood insurance. Discussion was held. Motion by Thom Burke, seconded by Melanie Grooters to approve the proposed changes to the Floodplain Ordinance and forward to the City Commission . Motion Carried.
