Others in Attendance: Pat Callahan, and Craig Meadows of Studio GC Discussion Items Approval of Minutes from October 13, 2025 Motion by Elaina A. Huizenga-Chase, seconded by Jessica Babcock to approve the minutes from October 13, 2025. Motion Carried. Public Safety Space Needs Study Presentation Pat Callahan, Studio GC, provided background information and an overview of the firm's experience. Chief Rusty Shoultz summarized the fire department's current and future needs. Craig Meadows, Studio GC, presented key findings of the space needs study to the Committee. A detailed facility assessment was reviewed for the Public Safety Building, Fire Station #2, and Fire Station #3. The presentation included both short and long term solution options. An estimated cost for long term improvements was also presented. Discussion was held.
