Warrensburg Convention & Visitors Bureau Visitor Center Committee Meeting Minutes 9 a.m. Wednesday, November 1, 2023 Via Zoom A meeting of the Warrensburg Convention and Visitors Bureau Visitor Center Committee was held via Zoom on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at 9:05 a.m. Roll was called as follows: Present: Dana Phelps and Diane Whitworth and exofficio member Danielle Dulin Absent: Tom Koenigsfeld and exofficio member Jim Kushner The adoption of the agenda was considered. Whitworth made a motion to adopt the agenda as presented. The motion was seconded by Phelps. Motion passed. Minutes from prior meetings were presented for approval: Meeting August 2, 2023-Phelps made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. The motion was seconded by Whitworth. Motion passed. Meeting September 6, 2023-Phelps made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. The motion was seconded by Whitworth. Motion passed. Meeting October 4, 2023-Phelps made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. The motion was seconded by Whitworth. Motion passed. The WCVB Director provided an update on the property at 205 N Holden Street. A breakout of the contract with Enneking Construction was provided along with a breakout of the budget for the entire project including purchase and expenses associated with the cost of purchase. The committee was shown images of the building and the progress throughout the year. The director provided an update on Goal 1 (Visitor Center) on the WCVB strategic plan. Next meeting will be tentatively held 9 a.m. Wednesday, December 6 via Zoom.
