This memorandum serves as notice that the Committee on Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization has canceled the Public Hearing scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, 2020, on Bill 23-0643, the "Keeping Cool Elderly Tenants and Tenants with a Disability Amendment Act of 2020" and Bill 23- 0237, the "Rent Concession Amendment Act of 2019". The Committee intends to hold a hearing on Bill 23-0643 on Friday, April 3 and will announce a hearing date for Bill 23-0237 on a later date.
