Washington, D.C. 20004 In response to the COVID19 crisis, Councilmember Anita Bonds, Chairperson of the Committee on Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization, would like to cancel the public hearing on Bill 23- 0601, the “Condominium Warranty Amendment Act of 2020”, Bill 23-0623, the “Condominium Warranty Claims Clarification Amendment Act of 2020”, Bill 23-0568, the “Home Purchase Assistance Amendment Act of 2019”, and Bill 23-0530, the “Rent Stabilization Affordability Qualification Amendment Act of 2019” The hearing will be rescheduled on a later date.
