Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(c) to discuss personnel and employee benefits and, 19.85(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. 4. Consider a motion to reconvene into open session. 5. Consider a motion for action related to items deliberated in closed session. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice. Upon reasonable notice, a good faith effort will be made to accommodate the needs of disabled individuals through sign language interpreters or other auxiliary aid at no cost to the individual to participate in public meetings. Second by Jaskie. Motion carried. 13 14 Financials: Administrator Jackson gave updates on the following sections of the budget: Library 15 Operations, Library Donations, Library Impact Fees, Library Capital, Public Works, Parks, Recycling, 16 Park Impact Fees, Conservation and Development, Curb Appeal, Hotel Room Tax – Promo. 17 Motion by Lauer to send on to the Village Board the reviewed sections of the budget. Second by Jaskie. 18 All aye. Motion carried. 19 20 Closed session: Motion by Lauer to adjourn into closed session at 6:10 pm. Second by Jaskie.
