Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(c) to discuss personnel and employee benefits and, 19.85(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. 3. Consider a motion to reconvene into open session. 4. Consider a motion for action related to items deliberated in closed session. Second by Houston. 13 Motion carried. 14 15 Financials: Administrator Jackson gave an over view of the budget including TID2, TID3, TID4, Special 16 Funds, General Capital Detail, General Capital Funds and Canoe Kayak 17 Houston motioned to send on these sections of the budget to the Village Board for approval. 18 Second by Jaskie.
