Review and discuss the following funds for the 2021 Budget:  Library Operations  Library Donations  Library Impact Fees  Library Capital  Public Works  Parks  Recycling  Park Impact Fees  Conservation and Development  Curb Appeal  Hotel Room Tax – Promo 2. Consider a motion to convene into Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(c) to discuss personnel and employee benefits and, 19.85(e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. 3. Consider a motion to reconvene into open session. 4. Consider a motion for action related to items deliberated in closed session. Adjournment Public Notice Questions regarding the nature of the agenda items or more detail on the agenda items listed above scheduled to be considered by the governmental body listed above can be directed to Zeke Jackson, Village Administrator at 262-806-1750 or at zjackson@waterfordwi.org. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information; no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice. Upon reasonable notice, a good faith effort will be made to accommodate the needs of disabled individuals through sign language interpreters or other auxiliary aid at no cost to the individual to participate in public meetings. Due to the difficulty in finding interpreters, requests should be made as far in advance as possible preferably a minimum of 48 hours. Posted: 10/19/2020; 2:30 PM 2 1 Village of Waterford 2 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes - Approved 3 October 5th, 2020 4 Held via Teleconference 5 6 Ewert called the meeting to order at 5:07 pm. 7 Present: Adam Jaskie, Don Houston, Troy McReynolds, Andrew Ewert 8 Absent: Brian Lauer 9 10 Also present: Zeke Jackson, Colleen Schauer, Michelle Vandehey, Rick Huening, Heather Kinkade 11 12 Minutes: Ewert motioned to approve 7-13-2020 with one change to line 8. Second by Houston. 13 Motion carried. 14 15 Financials: Administrator Jackson gave an over view of the budget including TID2, TID3, TID4, Special 16 Funds, General Capital Detail, General Capital Funds and Canoe Kayak 17 Houston motioned to send on these sections of the budget to the Village Board for approval. 18 Second by Jaskie. All aye. Motion carried. 19 20 Motion by McReynolds to adjourn at 5:48 pm. Second by Jaskie. All aye.
