Held at Village Hall
Chair Jaskie called the meeting to order at 5:02pm.
Present: Don Houston, Troy McReynolds, Adam Jaskie, Andrew Ewert
Excused: Brian Lauer
Also present: Michelle Vandehey, Danielle Brown, Zeke Jackson, Heather Kinkade
Minutes: Ewert motioned to approve the 10-04-21 minutes. Second by McReynolds. All aye.
Motion carried.
1. Review of Village financials; consider an appropriate motion for action. (No actions were
made, they just reviewed a few items in the financials and moved on)
Motion by Ewert to adjourn at 5:38 pm. Second by Houston. All aye. Motion carried.

possibly a quorum of members of other governmental bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-stated meeting to gather information;
no action will be taken by any governmental body at the above-stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this
notice. Upon reasonable notice, a good faith effort will be made to accommodate the needs of disabled individuals through sign language interpreters or
other auxiliary aid at no cost to the individual to participate in public meetings. Due to the difficulty in finding interpreters, requests should be made as far
in advance as possible preferably a minimum of 48 hours. For additional information or to request this service, contact the Village Staff at 262-534-1851, or

17 Dues, 221 Fire & Rescue Donations, 276 Fire & Rescue Impact Fees, Sum Minor Funds Fire & EMS,
18 Fire/EMS Wage Sheet, 100 General Government, 100 General Revenue, Gen Sum, Village Hall Wage
19 Sheet, and 2022 Budget Notice.

21 Motion by Ewert to recommend approval to the Village Board for the discussed sections of the 2022
22 Budget as part of the 2022 Budget Adoption Process, excluding Debt Service. Second by Houston. All
