Chief Nick 11 Birmingham, Mike Sponholtz, Zeke Jackson, Tricia Cox 12 13 Minutes: McReynolds motioned to approve the 9-13-2021 minutes. Second by Houston. Ewert 14 abstained. Motion carried. 15 16 Closed session: Motion by McReynolds to adjourn into closed session. Motion carried. 20 21 1- Draft Budget: Discussion was had on the 2022 Draft Budget: Fund 100 Parks, Fund 275 Park Impact 22 Fees, Fund 100 Public Works, Fund 225 Recycling, Fund 600 Water/Water Capital, Fund 610 23 Sewer/Sewer capital, Water & Sewer Sum All Page, DPW/Parks Wage Sheet, Fund 205 Special 24 Funds/Capital and Special Funds Capital Detail, Fund 300 Debt Service, Debt Master Schedule and 25 corresponding amortization schedules. 26 27 Motion by McReynolds to recommend approval to the Village Board for the discussed sections of the 28 2022 Budget as part of the 2022 Budget Adoption Process, excluding Debt Service.
