Second by McReynolds. All aye. Motion 13 carried. 14 15 New Business: 16 1. Draft Budget: Discussion was had on draft budget sections: 100 Public Works, 600 Water Fund, 17 610 Sewer Fund, Water Capital Improvement Funding Plan, Sewer Capital Improvement Funding 18 Plan, 225 Recycling, 100 Parks, 275 Park Impact Fees, 233 Riverside Docks, DPW/Utilities Wage 19 Sheet, 223 Hotel Room Tax, 229 Curb Appeal, 224 Flex Plan, 100 Conservation & Development. 20 21 Motion by Ewert to recommend approval to the Village Board for the discussed sections of the 2023 22 Budget as part of the 2023 Budget Adoption Process.
