PERSONNEL COMMITTEE Monday, May 20, 2013 5:00 P.M. The personnel Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, May 20, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. in the Village Hall, 123 N. River Street, Waterford, WI. AGENDA Call to Order Approval of the Minutes 1. Review and act on April 22, 2013 meeting minutes. Old Business 2. Review and provide recommendation on Administrative Analyst job description, projects and wages. 3. Review of hiring process for DPW/Utility Clerk. 4. Review and provide a recommendation on the revised fire and rescue implementation timeline and SOG for department facilities. 5. Update on Central States response on health insurance rates. New Business 6. Review and act on vacation utilization request. 7. Update on Waterford Student Intern and Safe Routes to School Project. 8. Discuss and provide possible response to Teamsters correspondence. Closed Session 9. The meeting will adjourn into Closed Session for the purpose of considering Teamsters No. 43 union proposal in accordance with Wisconsin Statute s. 19.82(1), 19.85 (1)(e) and 19.86; review of exit interviews in regards to specific personnel in accordance with 19.85(f). Reconvene – Open Session 10. Possible direction provided to the Administrator regarding Teamster No. 43 union contract.
