Review and act on 5-10-2022 meeting minutes. Unfinished Business New Business Closed Session 2. The meeting will adjourn into Closed Session for review and consider Fire & EMS staff hiring and promotion. Reconvene into Open Session 3. Review and act on hiring for the department. Second by Thiede. All aye. 10 Motion carried. 11 12 New Business: 13 14 Motion to adjourn into closed session by Thiede for the purposes of considering Fire & EMS staff 15 hiring and other business at 5:31 pm, second by Schauer. All aye. Motion carried. 16 17 Roll call vote: Thiede - aye; Piper – aye, Schauer - aye. Zuehlke – aye, Denton - aye. Motion carried. 18 19 Piper motioned to reconvene into open session at 6:31 pm; second by Thiede. All aye. Motion carried. 20 21 Chief Mueller indicated to add Roth, Wallen, Zawacki, Lemke, and McNamara to the eligibility list. 22 Motion by Piper to add Roth, Wallen, Zawacki, Lemke, and McNamara to the eligibility list. Second by 23 Thiede. All aye. Motion carried. 24 25 Chief Mueller indicated it is his intent to hire Roth, Wallen, Zawacki, Lemke, and McNamara to part- 26 time positions within the department. Piper motioned to accept Chief Mueller’s intent to hire Roth, 27 Wallen, Zawacki, Lemke, and McNamara to a part-time position. Second by Schauer.
