July 12 th, 2022 Minutes
Present: Bonnie Schauer, James Zuehlke, Ken Thiede,
Excused: Jennifer Denton, Janice Piper
Also present: Colleen Schauer
Zuehlke called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm.
Motion by Thiede to approve the 06-14-2022 & 06-23-2022 Fire Commission Minutes. Second
by Schauer. All aye. Motion carried.
New Business:
Motion to adjourn into closed session by Schauer for the purposes of considering Fire & EMS
staff
hiring and other business at 5:32 pm, second by Thiede. All aye. Motion carried.
Roll call vote: Thiede – aye, Schauer - aye. Zuehlke – aye. Motion carried.
Schauer motioned to reconvene into open session at 5:41 pm; second by Thiede. All aye.
Motion carried.
Motion by Schauer to adjourn at 5:42 pm; second by Thiede. Motion carried.
