VILLAGE OF WATERFORD Public Works & Utilities Committee Meeting Minutes Held at the DPW building May 16th, 2022 Meeting was called to order by Chair Koller at 4:02pm. Present: Pat Goldammer, Don Houston, Kim Migazzi, Fred Koeller, Carl Oberhart Others present: Colleen Schauer, Mike Sponholtz, Rick Huening, Tanya Maney, Scott Gunderson, Todd Terry, Bob Nash, Alysa Robbins, Zeke Jackson Minutes: Motion by Oberhardt to approve the 04.18.2022 minutes. Second by Migazzi. All aye. Motion carried. Special Events: Motion by Goldammer to approve Celebrate Waterford. Second by Oberhardt. All aye. Motion carried. Motion by Houston to approve the Lion’s 4th of July Parade. Second by Goldammer. All aye. Motion carried. New Business: Motion by Houston to move up agenda item #3 for the first discussion. Second by Oberhardt. All aye. Motion carried. 3 – CM Services: Motion by Houston to send out two bids for construction management services for site bid and building bid with bid alternates as stated to lower project cost. Second by Oberhart. All aye motion carried. 2 – 10 Club Park: Motion by Houston to approve the draft site plans for 10 Club Park with amendments as noted to Mead & Hunt. Second by Oberhardt. All aye. Motion carried. 1&4 – Parks and Rental Fees: Motion to table support of groups in public parks and rental fee discussions until next month by Goldammer. Second by Migazzi. All aye. Motion carried. 5 – Bulk Water: Motion by Oberhardt to not move forward with bulk water sales. Second by Koeller. All aye. Motion carried. Motion by Houston to adjourn at 6:18 pm.
