VILLAGE OF WATERFORD Public Works & Utilities Committee Meeting Minutes 801 Ela Ave. September 16, 2024 Meeting was called to order by Koeller at 4:00 pm. Present: Fred Koeller, Pat Goldammer, Carl Oberhart, Cindy Mooney, Michal Olson Others present: Don Houston, Mike Sponholtz, Rick Huening, Alysa Robbins, Zeke Jackson Minutes: Motion by Koeller to approve the 08-19-2024 minutes. Second by Oberhart. All aye. Motion carried. Motion by Oberhart to approve the Kettle Glen Block Party, WUHS Homecoming Parade & Fireworks, and table Christmas Parade. Second by Olson. All aye. Motion carried. Department reports were reviewed. New Business: Discussion of additional boat pier at launch. No action taken. Discussion on the Old Fashioned Christmas Market. No action taken. Motion by Koeller to approve estimating the September Utility Bills. Second by Goldammer. All aye. Motion carried. Motion by Goldammer to approve Ice Rink Sponsorship packages as presented. Second by Oberhart. All aye. Motion carried. Motion by Goldammer to approve repair expenses of library clock tower from Lee Manufacturing. Second by Olson. All aye. Motion carried. Motion by Koeller to approve $8,027 repair of Library boiler. Second by Mooney. All aye. Motion carried. Motion by Oberhart to adjourn at 4:50p.m. Second by Goldammer. All aye. Motion carried.
