Watertown City Council Mayor Steve Washburn Lindsay Guetzkow Adam Pawelk Michael Walters Dan Schuette 4/8/2021 - Minutes 1. Call To Order And Roll Call The meeting was called to order by Mayor Washburn at 5:32. Councilmembers present were Walters, Pawelk, and Guetzkow (via telephone). Councilmember Schuette arrived at 5:36. 2. Adopt Agenda Motion to adopt agenda made by Walters, seconded by Pawelk. All voted aye, motion carried. 3. New/Old Business 3.A. Closed Meeting Mayor Washburn noted that item 3A of the agenda was to review the performance of City Administrator Shane Fineran and that this portion of the meeting was to be closed pursuant to 13D.05, subd 3(a). A motion was made by Pawelk, seconded by Walters to close the meetng at 5:36. All present voted aye, motion carried 5-0. Guetzkow left the meeting at 5:45 p.m. A motion was made by Pawelk, seconded by Walters to open the closed portion of the meeting. All present voted aye, motion carried 4-0. The City Council discussed adding to the next meeting agenda on April 13, the consideration of approving a staffing and compensation study as well as amending the wage scale for the City Administrator on the City's pay plan. 4.
