Call To Order And Roll Call R Mayor Mike Walters called the Watertown City Council Work Session to Order at 5:36 p.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Councilmembers present: Mike Walters, Adam Pawelk, Kay Thul and Fred McGuire Councilmember(s) absent: Dan Schuette D City Staff present: City Administrator Jake Foster, City Engineer Philip Schrupp and Administrative Services Director Michael Sommerfeld 2. New Business 2.I. 2025 Mill And Overlay Project Scope Discussion Jake presented for discussion the 2025 Mill and Overlay Plan. The City applied for a Local Road Improvement Plan (LRIP) for a program grant. We were not successful in getting any funds. The response from MnDOT was that they had an overwhelming amount of applications and requests for funds. Jake continued to discuss parts of the upcoming project.
