Call To Order And Roll Call R Mayor Mike Walters called the Watertown City Council Work Session to Order at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Councilmembers present: Mike Walters, Jim Kasheimer, Kay Thul, Fred McGuire and Deborah Everson D Councilmember(s) absent: None City staff present: City Administrator Dan Tolsma 2. New Business 2.I. Delinquent Utility Collection Discussion Dan presented on delinquent utilities and collection. It was discussed and mutually decided that the ordinance will stay the same for now, and that future unpaid water bills will go through the process of being assessed on residents taxes in the fall. 3.
