Call To Order And Roll Call R Mayor Mike Walters called the Watertown City Council Work Session to Order at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Councilmembers present: Mike Walters, Jim Kasheimer, Fred McGuire and Deborah Everson D Councilmember(s) absent: Kay Thul City staff present: City Administrator Dan Tolsma, Public Utilities Superintendent Logan Pysick, Public Services Lead Mike Loehrs, Public Services Superintendent Matt Van Lith 2. New Business 2.I. Private Water Line Repairs Discussion Dan Tolsma opened up the meeting to discuss the recent emergency water line repairs and the costs associated with the homeowner and city's responsibilities. 2.II. Compost Site Update Mike Loehrs presented a quick update on the compost site developments. He said we are still working on getting more information and doing research, and that there are couple options they are pursuing. 3.
