CALL TO ORDER
Village Clerk Julee Helt called the meeting to order at 5:02 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Al Dassow, Kevin Laffey, Joe Zitzelsberger, Julee Helt, David Kennedy (arrived at
5:11 p.m.)
Absent: Dan Statz, Tom Wilson, Robert Freimuth
Also Present: Dean Peters, Laurie Helt
Motion by Kevin Laffey, second by Joe Zitzelsberger, to appoint Al Dassow as chair.
Motion Passed. For: 4, Against: 0, Absent: 4.
Motion by Joe Zitzelsberger, second by Al Dassow, to appoint Kevin Laffey as vice-chair.
Motion Passed. For: 4, Against: 0, Absent: 4.
PUBLIC COMMENT
There was no comment from the public.
NEW BUSINESS
Clerk Helt confirmed proper notice of Board of Review had been given and she presented the
completed assessment roll to the members of the Board of Review. She also confirmed that she
and Tom Wilson had attended Board of Review training in March 2014 per statute.
Dean Peters, Village Assessor, stated Open Book had concluded, all reports had been filed with
the Department of Revenue, and the Assessor's Affidavit had been signed.
David Kennedy Arrived at 5:11 p.m.
1. Objection for Real Property Assessment - Waunakee Corporate Center,
LLC/MIE Properties, Inc., 202 Moravian Valley Road
Motion by Julee Helt, second by David Kennedy, to sustain the assessor's value of $713,500.00
for land, $2,830,500.00 for improvements, totaling $3,544,000.00 for the property located at
202 Moravian Valley Road and owned by Waunakee Corporate Center LLC due to the lack of
attendance by the objector at the scheduled hearing before the Board of Review.
Motion Passed. For: 4 - Al Dassow, Kevin Laffey, Joe Zitzelsberger, Julee Helt, Against: 0,
Absent: 4.
2. Objection for Real Property Assessment - Annette Koenig, 250 Fairview Circle
Motion by Joe Zitzelsberger, second by David Kennedy, to sustain the assessor's value of
$29,000.00 for land, $145,500.00 for improvements, totaling $174,500.00 for the property
located at 250 Fairview Circle and owned by Annette Koenig.
Motion Passed. For: 3 - Al Dassow, Kevin Laffey, Joe Zitzelsberger, Against: 0, Absent: 4,
Abstain: 1 - Julee Helt.

Motion by David Kennedy, second by Joe Zitzelsberger, to adjourn the 2015 Board of Reivew
at 7:02 p.m.
