FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING
AUGUST 17, 2015
Members present: Steve Kraus, Gary Walden, John Laubmeier and Dave Ferris
Members absent: None
Also present: Chris Zellner, Mike Ricker, Caitlin Stene, Susan Hedrick,
Sue McDade, Kevin Plendl, Kevin Even, Bill Frederick, and
Julie Helt.
Chairman Kraus called the meeting to order at 5:02 P.M.
NEW BUSINESS #1– CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES – JUNE 15, 2015.
The committee reviewed the minutes of the June 15, 2015 Finance Committee
minutes. Motion by John Laubmeier, second by Gary Walden to approve the
minutes as presented. Motion Passed. For: 3, Against: 0, Absent: 0.
NEW BUSINESS #2– REVIEW CAPITAL BUDGET SUBMITTAL AND
SCENARIO RESULTS.
Dave Ferris introduced the preliminary capital budget schedules. Department
heads were in attendance for any questions. After some discussion, the
committee provided staff with guidance on the schedules to be presented to the
Village Board on September 21. No action necessary.
ADJOURNMENT
The Finance Committee meeting adjourned at 5:50 P.M. Motion by John
Laubmeier, second by Gary Walden. Motion Passed. For: 3, Against: 0, Absent
0.
