FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING
SEPTEMBER 21, 2015
Members present: Steve Kraus, Gary Walden, John Laubmeier and Dave Ferris
Members absent: None
Also present: None
Chairman Kraus called the meeting to order at 5:30 P.M.
NEW BUSINESS #1– CONSIDER APPROVAL OF MINUTES – AUGUST 17,
2015.
The committee reviewed the minutes of the August 17, 2015 Finance Committee
minutes. Motion by Gary Walden, second by John Laubmeier to approve the
minutes as presented. Motion Passed. For: 3, Against: 0, Absent: 0.
NEW BUSINESS #2– REVIEW OF VILLAGE BUDGET POLICIES.
Dave Ferris introduced the item and asked the committee if any changes to the
policies were necessary. After some discussion, a motion was made by John
Laubmeier, second by Steve Kraus to approve the village budget policies giving
Dave Ferris permission to make necessary changes to agree with changes
approved in the prior year. Motion Passed. For: 3, Against: 0, Absent: 0.
ADJOURNMENT
The Finance Committee meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M. Motion by John
Laubmeier, second by Gary Walden. Motion Passed. For: 3, Against: 0, Absent
0.
