FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING
JUNE 6, 2016
Members present: Gary Walden, Steve Kraus, Chris Zellner, and Dave Ferris
Members absent: John Laubmeier
Also present: Sue Springman, Phil Willems and Caitlin Stene
Chairman Walden called the meeting to order at 5:31 P.M.
MINUTES
Motion by Steve Kraus, second by Gary Walden to approve the Minutes of the
March 7, 2016 Finance Committee Minutes.
Motion Passed. For: 2, Against: 0, Absent: 2
PRESENTATIONS #1 – SCHENCK AUDIT REPORT PRESENTATION.
Dave Ferris introduced Tom Karman from Schenck SC. Tom presented the 2015
Annual Financial Statements and the Management Communications Letter. After
some questions and discussion, motion by Chris Zellner, second by Steve Kraus
to accept the 2015 Annual Financial Statements and Management
Communications Letter. Motion Passed. For: 3, Against: 0, Absent 1.
ADJOURNMENT
The Finance Committee meeting adjourned at 5:54 P.M. Motion by Chris Zellner,
second by Steve Kraus. Motion Passed. For: 3, Against: 0, Absent 1.
