Meeting Minutes
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: John Cuccia, Mark Trotter, Brain Wallace, Chris Zellner
Absent: Dennis Tande, Chris Thomas
Also Present: Tim Semmann, Tracy Meinholz, Bob Anderson, Mike Lawton, Don Tierney,
Matt Schreiner, Andy & Mary Currie.
MINUTES
1 June 13, 2023
Motion Zellner , second Trotter, to approve the minutes from the June 13, 2023, Joint
Plan Commission meeting as presented. Motion carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None
BUSINESS ITEMS
1 Public Hearing and Discussion/Action on Kilkenny Farms West Final Plat and
Specific Implementation Plan (Item for recommendation to the Village Board)
Attached is the Final Plat and Specific Implementation Plan for the Kilkenny Farms
West subdivision. Staff has reviewed the submittal and finds it generally consistent
with the previously approved preliminary plat; however, there are several technical
issues as identified in the staff memos that need to be remedied prior to the Village
signing the final plat and issuance of building permits for this development.
In addition, approval of a development agreement will be needed prior to the
commencement of land disturbing activities and installation of public improvements.
A development agreement is expected to come before the Village Board in the
coming weeks.
Motion Zellner, second Wallace, to recommend to the Village Board that it approve
the final plat for the Kilkenny Farms West development as recommended by the
Waunakee Plan Commission, subject to final approval by the Community
Development Director and Village Engineer with modifications to meet staff
comments to the satisfaction of the Village Engineer. Motion carried 4-0.
Motion Wallace, second Trotter, to approve the Specific Implementation Plan as
recommended by the Waunakee Plan Commission, subject to final approval by
Community Development Director with modifications to meet staff comments to the
satisfaction of the Village Engineer and conditioned upon Village Board approval of
the final plat. Motion carried 4-0.
ADJOURN
Motion Zellner, second Trotter, to adjourn the meeting at 6:25 p.m. Motion carried.
