VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE JOINT REVIEW BOARD ANNUAL MEETING 500 West Main Street October 7, 2019 5:00 PM Meeting Minutes Call to Order The October 7, 2019 Joint Review Board was called to order by Village President Chris Zellner at 5:00 p.m. Roll Call Present: Chris Zellner, Village of Waunakee, David Boetcher, Waunakee Community School District, Adam Gallagher, Dane County, Jim Elvekrog, Public Member Absent: Tim Casper, Madison College (MATC) Also Present: Todd Schmidt, Caitlin Stene, Renee Meinholz, Todd Taves Appointments of Chairperson and Public Member Motion by Adam Gallagher, second by Jim Elvekrog, to confirm the appointment of Chris Zellner as Chairperson. Motion passed. For: 4, Against: 0, Absent: 1. Motion by Adam Gallagher, second by David Boetcher, to confirm the appointment of Jim Elvekrog as the public member. Motion passed. For: 4, Against: 0, Absent: 1. Review Minutes from 2018 Annual Joint Review Board Meeting Motion by Adam Gallagher, second by David Boetcher, to approve the July 19, 2018 Joint Review Board minutes. Motion passed. For: 4, Against: 0, Absent: 1. Review Annual PE-300 Reports and Performance and Status of Tax Incremental Districts No. 2-7 Todd Taves, Ehlers Inc., provided information about Tax Incremental Districts 2 through 7 related to each district's status and performance, and reviewed each district's 2019 annual report. Review Annual PE-300 Reports and Performance and Status of Tax Incremental Districts No. 8-9 Todd Taves, Ehlers Inc., provided information about Tax Incremental Districts 8 through 9 related to each district's status and performance. Annual reports for these two districts are not needed until 2020. Approve "Resolution Acknowledging Filling of Annual Reports and Compliance with Annual Meeting Requirement" Motion by Adam Gallagher, seconded by Jim Elvekrog, to approve the Resolution Acknowledging Filing of Annual Reports and Compliance with Annual Meeting Requirement.
