Meeting Minutes
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Chris Zellner, Joe Zitzelsberger, Kristin Runge, Chris Thomas, Brian Wallace.
Absent: Brad Zeman, Brian Malich
Also Present: Kevin Even, Bryan Kleinmaier, Tracy Meinholz, Nila Frye, Maria Patt, Sam Kaufmann,
Roberta Baumann, Mike & Kari Heller, Andy Beckerjeck, Janet Beckerjeck, Mary Heimbecker, Tammy
Reefe, Gerry & Linda Ashmore.
MINUTES
1 September 9, 2019
Motion Runge, second Zitzelsberger, to approve the minutes from the September 9, 2019 Plan
Commission meeting as presented. Motion carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
PUBLIC HEARING
1 Public Hearing and Discussion/Action on a Request for Conditional Use Permit
by Red & White Wine Bar, to have outdoor patio service at 331 E. Main Street,
Suite 101.
Mr. Even presented the request for a conditional use permit as part of the requirement
for the liquor license application to include the outdoor seating area. The public
hearing was opened at 6:02 p.m. No one present wished to speak and there were no
written comments submitted. The public hearing was closed at 6:04 p.m.
Commission members asked questions of staff. Mr. Even is to work with the Police
Department on approval of the existing fence. Any subsequent signage will need to
be approved by Mr. Even as well. Motion Zitzelsberger, second Thomas, to approve
the conditional use permit as presented. Motion carried.
REPORT ON WAUNAKEE/WESTPORT ITEMS FOR ACTION
Mr. Even reported on items before the Waunakee/Westport Joint Planning
Committee. There were no concerns raised by the PC members.

Motion Zitzelsberger, seconded by Runge, to adjourn the meeting at 6:16 p.m.

Ex to A-1 Agricultural, at 6303 Meffert Road, Town of Westport
2 Update on County Highway M Improvements
