held as a live virtual meeting.

Call to Order
The September 17, 2020 Joint Review Board was called to order by Village President Chris
Zellner at 5:06 p.m.
Roll Call
Present: Chris Zellner, Village of Waunakee; David Boetcher, Waunakee Community School
District; Adam Gallagher, Dane County; Jim Elvekrog, Public Member; Laurie Grigg, Madison
College (MATC)
Also Present: Todd Schmidt, Caitlin Stene, Renee Meinholz, Todd Taves, Steve Summers,
Randy Guttenberg
Appointments of Chairperson and Public Member
No action required.
Review Minutes from 2019 Annual Joint Review Board Meeting
Motion by Adam Gallagher, second by Laurie Grigg, to approve the October 7, 2019 Joint
Review Board minutes.
Roll Call Vote. Motion Passed. For: 5 – Chris Zellner, Jim Elvekrog, David Boetcher, Adam
Gallagher, Laurie Grigg. Against: 0.
Review Annual PE-300 Reports and Performance and Status of Tax Incremental Districts
No. 2-7
Todd Taves, Ehlers Inc., provided information about Tax Incremental Districts 2 through 9
related to each district's status and performance, and reviewed each district's 2020 annual report.
Approve "Resolution Acknowledging Filling of Annual Reports and Compliance with
Annual Meeting Requirement"
Motion by Dave Boetcher, seconded by Adam Gallagher, to approve the Resolution
Acknowledging Filing of Annual Reports and Compliance with Annual Meeting Requirement.
Roll Call Vote. Motion Passed. For: 5 – Chris Zellner, Jim Elvekrog, David Boetcher, Adam
Gallagher, Laurie Grigg. Against: 0.
Adjourn
Motion by David Boetcher, second by Jim Elvekrog, to adjourn at 6:11 p.m.

The on-line meeting agenda and all support materials, to include copies of the annual
reports, can be found at https://onbase.waunakee.com/onbaseagendaonline. In addition to the
public, all Joint Review Board members and staff will also be participating remotely. An
explanation on how the meeting will be conducted will occur promptly at 5:00 PM. Anyone with
