Call to Order
The November 5, 2020 Joint Review Board was called to order by Village President Chris
Zellner at 5:00 p.m.
Roll Call
Present: Chris Zellner, Village of Waunakee; David Boetcher, Waunakee Community School
District; Adam Gallagher, Dane County; Laurie Grigg, Madison College (MATC)
Also Present: Todd Schmidt, Caitlin Stene, Renee Meinholz, Todd Taves
Appointments (as needed)
A. Chairperson
Motion by David Boetcher, second by Laurie Grigg, to confirm the appointment of Chris
Zellner as Chairperson. Roll Call Vote. Motion Passed. For: 4 – Chris Zellner, David
Boetcher, Adam Gallagher, Laurie Grigg. Against: 0.
B. Public Member
Motion by Chris Zellner, second by David Boetcher, to confirm the appointment of Jim
Elvekrog as the public member. Roll Call Vote. Motion Passed. For: 4 – Chris Zellner,
David Boetcher, Adam Gallagher, Laurie Grigg. Against: 0.
Review Minutes from 2020 Annual Joint Review Board Meeting
No action.
Review Responsibilities of the Joint Review Board
Todd Taves, Ehlers Inc., provided information about the Joint Board of Review’s
responsibilities.
Review and Discuss proposed Tax Increment District No. 9 Project Plan Amendment
Discussion only, no action taken.
Set next meeting date.
The Joint Board of Review will meet again on November 24, 2020 at 5 pm.

Motion by David Boetcher, second by Laurie Grigg, to adjourn at 6:05 p.m. Roll Call Vote.

public, all Joint Review Board members and staff will also be participating remotely. An
explanation on how the meeting will be conducted will occur promptly at 5:00 PM. Anyone with
