VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE OPEN BOOK BY PHONE May 26, 2026 2:00 PM NOTICE OF OPEN BOOK Pursuant to s. 70.45, Wis. Stats., the assessment roll for the Year 2026 will be open for examination online at www.apraz.com/assessment-roll beginning on May 12, 2026 from 7:00 a.m. until 4:15 p.m., Monday through Thursday and Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Additionally, the 2026 Open Book sessions will be held via phone. The Assessor shall be available for Open Book on May 26, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm by phone appointment. Property owners are asked to call Associated Appraisal in advance to set up a telephone appointment for the Open Book (920-749-1995). After setting up an Open Book appointment, the assessor will initiate the phone call for the Open Book session at the appointed date and time. The purpose of Open Book is to allow for inspection of the assessment roll and discuss any questions regarding your assessment with the Village Assessor prior to Board of Review.
