Parks and Recreation Committee
July 1, 2020
The July 1, 2020 Parks and Recreation Committee meeting was called to order by Phil Willems
at 5:30 pm.
PRESENT: Phil Willems, John Pomeranke, Susan Rather, Bob Khouri and Tim Luttrell.
ALSO PRESENT: Doug Pahl – Aro Eberle Architechts, Sue McDade - Community Services
Director, Bill Frederick – Public Works/Parks Superintendent, and Jeff Skoug – Recreation
Program Supervisor.
MINUTES
A motion by Susan Rather / Bob Khouri to approve the minutes of the April 1,
2020 Park and Recreation Committee meeting was approved.
OLD BUSINESS
1. Consider Revision to the Northridge Park Shelter Plans
A motion by John Pomeranke / Tim Luttrell to approve the revised Northridge
Park shelter designs ad authorize staff to continue through the process for
bidding this project was approved.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion by Tim Luttrell / Susan Rather to adjourn was approved. (5:50 p.m.)

The on-line meeting agenda and all support materials can be found at

members and staff will also be participating remotely. An explanation on how the meeting will
be conducted will occur promptly at 5:30 PM. Anyone with questions prior to the meeting may

writing to Park & Recreation Committee, 333 S. Madison St., Waunakee, WI, 53597.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: This agenda item allows those attending to speak about any item
within the Public Comment Section. During this item, those participating using the zoom
system will be instructed to “raise hand” to speak. Those participating by phone are asked
to register to speak by calling (608)849-5712 prior to the meeting. Each speaker is limited
