VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES A regular meeting of the Waunakee Plan Commission was held Monday July 11, 2016, at the Waunakee Village Hall, 500 W. Main Street, Waunakee, WI. CALL TO ORDER Mr. Zellner called the meeting to order a 6:01 p.m. ROLL CALL Members Present: Chris Zellner, Steve Kraus, Pat McGowan, Mark McGuire Members Absent: Brad Zeman, Bill Pellino, Gary Herzberg Also Present: Kevin Even, Tracy Meinholz, Mary O’connor, Daniel & Yvonne Paul, Luanne Dawson, Kyle Dumbleton, Genna Eaton, Tim Hameister, Phil Simon, Dee Byrnes, Kristin Ellis APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion Kraus, second McGowan, to approve the minutes from the June 13, 2016 meeting. Motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT None NEW BUSINESS Discussion/Action on Waunakee Neighborhood Connection Landscaping & Driveway Addition Site Plan for 208 S. Century Avenue. After a brief description of the project, neighboring property owners voiced safety concerns with traffic in the alley. Motion Kraus, second McGowan to table this item till the next meeting to give the property owners time to try to work out differences. Motion carried 4-0. Discussion/Recommendation on CSM and SIP for At Home Again, Lot 266, Kilkenny Farms Motion Kraus, second McGuire, to recommend JPC approval of the site plan conditioned upon all outstanding staff concerns addressed to the satisfaction of the Village Engineer and grant a parking exception for Phase 1 with re-evaluation prior to approval of Phase2, and amendment of the Page 1 of 2 Kilkenny Farms GDP Exhibit A map. Motion carried 4-0. WAUNAKEE/WESTPORT JOINT PLAN COMMISSION REPORT/ITEMS FOR ACTION Public Hearing & Discussion/Action on a Conditional Use Permit, Shed Exceeding Allowable Square Footage, 5570 River Road, Town of Westport Defer to the Town. Discussion/Action on Kilkenny Farms Lot 266 Certified Survey Map, Village of Waunakee Action taken earlier on the agenda. Discussion/Action on At Home Again Site Plan/SIP, Lot 266 Kilkenny Farms Action taken earlier on the agenda.
