Village of Waunakee Police Committee Meeting
June 30, 2025
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Joe Zitzelsberger at 6:01PM. Meeting was at the Waunakee
Village Hall.
Roll Call
Present: Joe Zitzelsberger, John Pomeranke, Nila Frye, Erin Moran, Mark Stewart, and Chris
Doering.
Absent: Jason Whitney
Also present: Chief Adam Kreitzman
Public Comment
There were no public comments.
Approval of Minutes
Motion by John Pomeranke and second by Mark Stewart to approve the minutes of the April 23,
2025 meeting. Motion carried 6-0.
New Business
The Police Committee heard an appeal from Kelsea Statz regarding her alcohol server license
denial. Motion by Mark Stewart and second by Nila Frye to uphold the denial of an alcohol server
license for Kelsea Statz. Motion carried 5-1 (Joe Zitzelsberger voting no).
Chief Kreitzman provided the committee with an update and answered questions regarding
department operations.
Motion to Adjourn
Motion by Nila Frye and second by Erin Moran to adjourn. Motion carried 6-0.
Meeting adjourned at 7:25PM.
