Village of Waunakee and Town of Westport Joint Plan Commission A meeting of the Waunakee/Westport Joint Plan Commission was held Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at the Waunakee Village Hall, 500 W. Main Street, Waunakee, WI. CALL TO ORDER Mr. Sipsma called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m. Members Present: Ken Sipsma, John Van Dinter, Dean Grosskopf, Pat McGowan, Mark McGuire, and Tom Liebe. Members Absent: None Also Present: Kevin Even, Tom Wilson, Tracy Meinholz, Todd Suchomel, Randy Steinhauer, Brad Robinson, Khamlung Tulku, Kalsang Gyatso Kunn. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion Grosskopf, second McGuire, to approve the minutes from the March 12, 2013 meeting. Motion carried. PUBLIC COMMENT None NEW BUSINESS & DISCUSSION / ACTION PUBLIC HEARING & DISCUSSION / ACTION ON ORDINANCE CREATING SEC. 106.791 (b1) TO THE WAUNAKEE VILLAGE CODE COUNTY R-2 RESIDENCE ZONING DISTRICT Public Hearing Opened at 6:11 p.m. No comments were received. Public Hearing closed at 6:12 p.m. Motion McGowan, second Grosskopf, to recommend approval of the ordinance amendment to the Village Board as presented. Motion carried. JPC Meeting Minutes 11/15/2017 Page 1 of 2 DISCUSS & TAKE ACTION ON A SITE PLAN FOR SKIPPER BUDS AT 5380 FARMCO DRIVE, TOWN OF WESTPORT Motion Van Dinter, second Liebe, to approve the site plan with conditions as approved by the Town Plan Commission, except as to outdoor storage limitations which are deferred to the Town Plan Commission for reconsideration as requested by the Petitioner and action, with the suggestion that outdoor storage be allowed with the conditions that it be orderly, restricted to boats and trailers only, no other type of recreational vehicles be allowed, and be shielded from view. Motion carried. INITIAL CONSULTATION, REZONE/CUP FOR CHURCH AND SCHOOL, 5757 EMERALD GROVE LANE, WISCONSIN TIBETAN ASSOCIATION (FORMER ST. ANDREWS CHURCH PROPERTY) Applicant provided an explanation of uses for the property. All uses listed are allowed under the existing conditional use permit. No action is necessary at this time. FUDA UPDATE After discussion members decided to remove this item from future agendas unless there was something to report.
