Village of Waunakee and Town of Westport Joint Plan Commission A special meeting of the Waunakee/Westport Joint Plan Commission was held Monday, December 2, 2013, at the Waunakee Village Hall, 500 W. Main Street, at 5:30 p.m. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m. Members Present: Ken Sipsma, John Van Dinter, Dean Grosskopf, and Mark McGuire Members Absent: Tom Liebe, Pat McGowan Also Present: Kevin Even, Tom Wilson, and Mark Trotter. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion Grosskopf, second Van Dinter, to approve the minutes from the November 18, 2013 meeting. Motion carried. NEW BUSINESS & DISCUSSION / ACTION PUBLIC HEARING & DISCUSSION / ACTION ON CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP & REZONE FOR 5590 HUNTINGWOOD WAY, TOWN OF WESTPORT The public hearing opened at 6:12 p.m. No one was present to speak. The public hearing closed at 6:15. Motion Van Dinter, second McGuire, to recommend approval of the CSM & Rezone to Village R-2 for 5590 Huntingwood Way as recommend by the Town Board. Motion carried. PUBLIC HEARING & DISCUSSION / ACTION ON PROPOSED BOUNDARY AGREEMENT BETWEEN VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE AND TOWN OF WESTPORT FOR KILKENNY FARMS DEVELOPMENT AND DANE COUNTY PARKLAND Public hearing opened at 6:16 p.m. No one was present to speak. Public hearing closed at 6:17 p.m. Motion Grosskopf, second McGuire, to recommend approval of the Boundary Agreement as proposed. Motion carried. ADJOURN Motion Van Dinter, second Grosskopf, to adjourn the meeting at 6:18 p.m. Motion carried.
