Discuss and Take Action on Certified Survey Map and Rezone from County A1-E to Village A-1 for Dan Ripp, 5571 CTH Q, Town of Westport LICENSES/PERMITS 1. Discuss and Take Action on Applications for Operator Licenses for Lacey L. Ubersox, Donald E. Bates, Jessica L. Koss, Zachary D. Beck, and Tracy L. Heyroth OLD BUSINESS 1. Discuss and Take Action on Conceptual Terms of Development Agreement with CBI LLC for Main and Madison Street *The Village Board may convene in closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Village Board may reconvene in open session. 2. Discuss and Take Action on Administrator Review and Contract Terms *The Village Board may convene closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The Village Board may reconvene in open session. NEW BUSINESS 1. Discuss and Take Action on Employee Handbook *The Village Board may convene in closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The Village Board may reconvene in open session.
