1. Discuss and Take Action on Applications for Operator License for Nicholas

Sorenson, Kaitlin A. Zenger, Kelly A. Lappen, and Allen R. Crahen
NEW BUSINESS
1. Discuss and Take Action on Proposed Intergovernmental Agreement with
Town of Springfield *The Village Board may convene in closed session as
authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating
or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public
funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive
or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Village Board may
reconvene in open session.
2. Discuss and Take Action on Administrator Review and Contract Terms
*The Village Board may convene closed session as authorized by Wisconsin
Statute 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion,
compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over
which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

Waunakee, Wisconsin, at least twenty-four hours prior to the commencement of the
meeting so that any necessary arrangements can be made to accommodate each request.
