Discuss and Take Action on Proposed Boundary Agreement Between Village of Waunakee and Town of Westport for Kilkenny Farms Development and Dane County Parkland 2. Discuss and Take Action on Certified Survey Map and Rezone for 5590 Huntingwood Way, Town of Westport. NEW BUSINESS 1. Discuss and Take Action on Potential Downtown Development Projects and Related Project Agreements *The Village Board may convene in closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e)for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Village  Board may reconvene in open session. 2. Discuss and Take Action on Non-Represented Employee Wages, Handbook Policies, and Administrator Evaluation * The Village Board may convene in closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The Village Board may reconvene in open session.
