Discuss and Take Action on Organizational Modification to Public Works Department - Mechanic Position 2. Discuss and Take Action on WPPA Union Contract * The Village Board may convene in closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. Discuss and Take Action on Proposed Village of Waunakee Compensation Strategy and 2015 Compensation for Village Staff * The Village Board may convene in closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The Village Board may reconvene in open session to discuss and take action on the subject matter discussed in closed session. 4. Discuss and Take Action Regarding Development Agreement and  Investment of Public Funds Related to Development in the Waunakee Business Park *The Village Board may convene in closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Village Board may reconvene in open session and discuss and take action on the subject matter discussed in closed session.
