Discuss and Take Action on Organizational Modification to Public Works Department - Mechanic Position 2. Discuss and Take Action on WPPA Union Contract * The Village Board may convene in closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Village Board may reconvene in open session and discuss and take action on the subject matter discussed in closed session. 3. Discuss and Take Action on Proposed Village of Waunakee Compensation Strategy and 2015 Compensation for Village Staff * The Village Board may convene in closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The Village Board may reconvene in open session to discuss and take action on the subject matter discussed in closed session. 4. Discuss and Take Action Regarding Development Agreement and Investment of Public Funds Related to Development in the Waunakee Business Park *The Village Board may convene in closed session as authorized by Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. The Village Board may reconvene in open session and discuss and take action on the subject matter discussed in closed session. ADJOURN Any person who has a qualifying disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act that requires the meeting or materials at the meeting to be in an accessible location or format should contact the municipal clerk at (608) 850-8500, 500 West Main Street, Waunakee, Wisconsin, at least twenty-four hours prior to the commencement of the meeting so that any necessary arrangements can be made to accommodate each request.
