VILLAGE OF WAUNAKEE BOARD MEETING 500 West Main Street March 16, 2015 - 6:00 PM Meeting Minutes CALL TO ORDER The March 16, 2015 Village Board meeting was called to order by President John Laubmeier at 6:00 p.m. ROLL CALL Present: Phil Willems, Chris Zellner, Sue Springman, Gary Herzberg, Steve Kraus, John Laubmeier Absent: Gary Walden Also Present: Julee Helt, Todd Schmidt, Kevin Even, Roberta Baumann CONSENT AGENDA Items under the consent agenda may be acted upon by one motion. If, in the judgment of any Board Member, a consent agenda item needs discussion, the item may be moved to later on the agenda for discussion and/or action. Motion by Chris Zellner, second by Steve Kraus, to approve the Consent Agenda including all of the items listed below. Motion Passed. For: 6, Against: 0, Absent: 1. 1. Approve March 2, 2015 Village Board Minutes Motion to approve March 2, 2015 Village Board minutes. 2. Approve Routine Bills Motion to approve check numbers ranging from 71510 through 71534 totaling $203,489.47 and check numbers ranging from 71539 through 71555 totaling $23,276.88. 3. Approve Non-Routine Bills Motion to approve check numbers ranging from 71556 through 71561 totaling $13,259.59. 4. Approve Parks PAYG Project Listing Motion to approve the 2015 Parks PAYG Project list as presented by staff. 5. Approve 2015 Update to Park Impact Fee Motion to approve 2015 Park Impact Fee as presented by staff. PUBLIC COMMENT There was no comment from the public. PUBLIC HEARING 1. Discuss and Take Action on Request by Guy Kitchell for Amendment to Deed Restrictions to Allow for Haunted House at 5305 CTH M, Town of Westport The public hearing to consider a request by Guy Kitchell for an amendment to deed restrictions to allow for a haunted house at 5305 CTH M, Town of Westport was opened at 6:01 p.m. and closed at 6:03 p.m. Motion by Steve Kraus, second by Gary Herzberg, to approve an amendment to the deed restrictions at 5305 CTH M to allow for a haunted house as recommended by Town of Westport Resolution 15-02. Motion Passed. For: 6, Against: 0, Absent: 1. LICENSES/PERMITS 1. Discuss and Take Action on Operator License Applications for Jeffrey J. Peper, Joshua F. Schwitzer, and Cassandra J. Starjnski Motion by Steve Kraus, second by Chris Zellner, to approve operator license applications for Jeffrey J. Peper, Joshua F. Schwitzer and Cassandra J. Starjnski, subject to successful completion of an approved responsible beverage server training course and review by the Waunakee Police Department. Motion Passed. For: 6, Against: 0, Absent: 1.
