Public Comments – no public comment 2. Minutes review – first meeting, no minutes review. 3. Thank you and promotional video a. Recommendation to make shorter and highlight some of the beer tent b. Overall good feedback, all events covered, lots of genuine happiness captured 4. Discuss Budget a. Reviewed anticipated budget needs for 2025 event b. Promotional video to be sent to sponsors c. K. Runge reported approved funding from Village for 2025 event 5. Bands discussion as well as new opportunities/changes for 2025 a. Discussed increased cost for Boogie and the YoYoz and option to negotiate. b. C. Zellner to handle negotiations and comparisons of other similarly priced bands 6. New ideas for 2025 a. Committee briefly shared some ideas, to follow up at November meeting. b. A. Schmalz to continue discussions with BYB Entertainment on available features 7. Discuss charges for food vendors a. Committee approved increase to vendor fees with same per-item maximum. b. Committee tabled discussions regarding vendor sold beverages, to revisit at November meeting. 8. Discuss Calendar a. Next meeting date: Tuesday, November 19, 5:30pm – Village Center 9. Adjourn – 7:30pm
