Public Comments – no public present 2. Minutes review – committee approved October minutes 3. Budget Discussion a. Many sponsors have committed for 2025 b. Lots of great comments back on the highlight video c. Committee discussed other potential sponsors to be contacted 4. Bands Confirmed a. Both Boogie and the Yo-Yoz and Breakfast Club to return in 2025 5. Activities Discussion a. Committee reviewed current activity offerings and confirmed returners b. Haven’s Petting Zoo to return, A. Schmalz to confirm c. Reviewed proposed options from Record-A-Hit within budget i. A. Schmalz to explore option for additional attendant at Obstacle Course d. C. Morehart proposed Canines in the Cloud, will reach out to provider and report back 6. Food vendors a. J. Hofeldt to contact food carts soon with price increases 7. Storage Units a. DPW request for POD storage. Committee discussed logistics of using. More conversation to follow. 8. Dane County a. Idea for potential support from Dane County b. Tabled for February meeting. 9. Miscellaneous Topics to address a. Pepsi carts – E. Schaaf and A. Zellner to lead in discussion with vendor regarding concerns and continued partnership. b. Golf Carts – good number in 2024, keep in 2025 c. Safety – C. Morehart to invite Village departments to Safety Meeting in March d. Fireworks – A. Schmalz proposal to increase firework budget 3-4%. Committee approved with itemized list from provider. e. Tabled topics – ice, location logistics 10. Discuss Calendar a. No meetings until 2025 b. Next meeting: February TBD 11. Adjourn – 7:20pm
