Roll Call 2. Public Comments – no public present 3. Minutes review – committee approved 2025 recap minutes 4. 2026 planning for 10th year and Country 250-year anniversary a. Committee discussed potential activity/vendor additions for 2026 event b. Committee reviewed current proposed bands, Boogie and the YoYoz and Liquid Blue i. A. Zellner motioned to approve bands, committee unanimously agreed. c. C. Zellner reviewed last year’s donors and potential additions for 2026 5. Coin Distribution for 2025 a. Hometown Heroes to receive commemorative coins when they receive their banners. b. C. Zellner to present coins to F35 pilots at later date. 6. Calendar scheduling Tuesday October 21 2025, 5:30pm, Village Center Tuesday November 18 2025, 5:30pm, Village Center No December Meeting 7. Adjourn – 6:50pm
