Waunakee Area Fire District 401 West Second Street Waunakee, WI 53597-0472 June 23, 2025, Fire District Meeting Minutes June 23, 2025 The Regular Monthly Meeting of the Waunakee Area Fire District was called to order by Chairperson Gary Endres. Roll call showed in attendance: Gary Endres, Kristin Runge, Chief Josh McWilliams, Deputy Chief Ryan Schwab, and Batt. Chief Brian Adler. Absent – Nila Frye, Mark Crowell, and Dave Laufenberg. In Mark Crowell’s absence, the district board allowed John Cuccia to represent the Town of Westport. Compliance with Open Meeting Laws: Chairperson Endres asked if we were compliant with Open Meeting Laws, and it was determined that we were. Public Comment: None Meeting Minutes: A motion was made by Kristin Runge and a second was made by John Cuccia to approve the June 2025 Meeting Minutes. Motion carried. Bills: A motion was made by Kristin Runge and a second was made by John Cuccia to approve the June 2025 bills. Motion carried. Old Business: None New Business: None Other Business: None Fire Inspector’s Report: Battalion Chief/Inspector Adler shared the May 2025 fire call report. Next Meeting: Monday, July 28, 2025 Adjournment: A motion to adjourn was made by John Cuccia and a second was made by Kristin Runge. Motion carried.
