CALL TO ORDE
The October 11, 2018 Waunakee Housing Task Force was called to order by President Chris
Zellner at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Sam Kaufman, Ashly Sliter, Karen Von Huene, Maria Patt, Adam Kreitzman, Robert
McPherson, Michelle Nell, Nila Frye, Tom Wilson, Jeffery Tews, Mary Ellen Kearney, Mary
Heimbecker, Susan Vergeront, Patrick Maly, Ellen Schaaf, Tiffanie Clark, Hanna Russell, Brad
Zeman, Randy Guttenberg, Chris Zellner, and Erin Moran.
Absent: None
Also Present: Todd Schmidt, Kevin Even, Sharon Lesberg, and Kristin Runge

GROUP DISCUSSION
1 What are the particular challenges and opportunities for Waunakee in exurban
development?
2 Based on the income distribution as outline in the PowerPoint, which groups are
missing from Waunakee?
3 What income range would we define as "moderate Income" and "lower income"
in Waunakee? In Dane County?
4 Do these definitions of "moderate income" and "lower income" fit the charge
given to the Housing Task Force?
