Roll call taken with the following members present: Jason Westphal, Pete Kaczmarski, Dan Siebers, Lisa McArthur, and Steve Brooks. Absent and excused Attorney Vande Zande. Also present Mayor Bishop, Administrator Kathy Schlieve, Assistant Administrator Casey Langenfeld (online), and Jeff Daane. Motion Seibers, second Brooks to approve the consent agenda, including open and closed session minutes from August 27, 2024. Carried unanimously. Motion Seibers, second Brooks to adjourn in closed session under Section 19.85 (1) of the WI Statutes for: (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
